Ive downloaded a file and its in MPGA format but i cant burn this to a cd?It needs to be wav or mp3,id prefer mp3.how do i do it?thanks!

hello try d/ling CDex its free you can get it at www.download.com it should convert this if not do a google on mp3 converters.CDex is the one i use. its been truble free and easy to use.
