Convert Korean to English

A friend get me a computer which has a Korean version of Win Me installed. Is there a way to convert the system to english?

hello george; go into control panel,and click the regional settings dialog box, change it to your country region and it will prompt you to restart the computer do that and it will work best wishes coly

no, there isn't, above reply does not alter the text on the screen.
so, learn korean or delete this version forever, get an english copy. I myself am Dutch, use an english version and can press dutch a zillion times, but still english text, no problem for me however.
