content advisor password

The message on my gateway computer says, content advisor. Please check your content advisor for missing information. Click Internet Options. On the content tab check the content advisor setting. The only thing is I have forgot my password. Please, help.

Find and delete the file "ratings.pol". This deletes the supervisor password. You can then reset the Content Advisor with a new password or simply disable it.
