I recently downloaded steam and ventrilo to play counter strike but I cannot connect to the servers. For ventrilo the connect times out and for steam I get an error message stating that "Steam.exe (main exception): Unable to load library Steam.dll" I don't know if this is a problem with the firewall, connection, or the router. Any help would be great.
