My friend tried to restart the computer, but it wont boot. I bought a new power supply, but that wasent it. I took out all the cards and the ram, still didnt work. I am not getting any beeps, all the fans are working and the leds are all on, but nothing is booting up. Whats wrong?

Have you checked all the jumpers using your motherboard manual? Since you did get it to boot before have you cleared the cmos using the reset jumper? Have you tried installing the operating system first and then installing the drivers that are needed from the website of the various components that the operating system did not provide?

Ya need to read the manual. Usually, you turn the computer off, grab the metal chassis to ground yourself, move the jumper to the reset position, wait a minute or so, replace the jumper to the original position, plug the machine in and then turn it on. If it booted once, likely it will again.
