I really need help, my computer constantly freezes while I run games such as diablo2 and counter strike. When it freezes there is a loud continuous beeeeeeeeeping noise coming from the speakers. If anyone has any idea what is wrong and can help me fix it plz help. It would be much appreciated. Thanks

Since I HATE when no one responds to my postings, I will make it a point to respond to yours! This is generally caused by an unsupported video adapter. Although there is a slight chance it could be your sound card. In my 12 years of experience, I would suggest the following: Evaluate the requirements for the game, and make sure both video and sound installed on your computer is compatible. With video, the most common problem, aside from memory, is lack of 3D support. With sound the most common problem is drivers. If all is good in that area, I would suggest upgrading your version of DirectX, or use third part tools to
