my computer have amazing problem which had made me like a mad... Actually my computer firstly displayed grunge type means not clear displayed and i start to install new xp. But.. my setup stops while booting from xp bootable cd(while formatting drive c) My harddrive also shows an error with blue screen while installing Windows Vista so i'm tired to repair my computer

i think you posted it on the wrong place. because i'm not surprised if your trying to install windows vista on a windows me computer and get a bsod. but for the xp installation try formatting it with 3rd party software such as gparted. i'm not exactly sure if that has a formatting tool. or install windows 2000.
