I have had problems with my 98 Packard Bell computer for a while. I recently got the harddrive tested, it is fine. The first of my problems happened when the computer kept displaying blue screens, and then would shut down automatically. So I reformated it. The same problems occurred. When I tried to reformat it again...My comp would freeze in the middle or beginning of the process and not finish the reformatting. I bought a new comp, but I would like to fix my old one and sell it. I need help! I don't know why it is freezing. What should I do to get it to reformat??? Thank you if u can help me!!!
