Problems with my wife's laptop. Recently started up with message that driver wouldn't allow normal mode viewing, looked sort of like safe mode. Went to Windows update,downloaded ME stuff, (no drivers found). Didn't help, and now computer won't even start when hitting start button. Ideas? I'm a novice at the techhy stuff. Thanks.
