Comment: My computer turns on, like 10 minutes after i shutdown. I have to Literally unplug all the power wires or it turns on. I dont understand how to fix, my power managment settings are fine.Any response ot this bizzare problem. Thank you for your help.

Reply: Check your house wiring and/or power switch on your tower. My pc turned on once during a period when the power was flickering on and off during a storm (years ago). I now turn off my surge protector and unplug it during storms as well as unplugging the telephone line to my modem.

Reply: Check your LAN settings in the bios if it is an on baord feature, or the setings if it is a pci board to see if you have "wake up" enabled.
