I have a CM18738/C3DX PCI Audio Device soundcard. Just 2 days ago, there's no sound coming out of my computer. I've checked the soundcard, and it is functioning correctly. I've also checked my speakers, they're on and not mute.
Can u please help and guide me along what to do? thanx very much

hello goto device manager and check for red x,s and yellow ? marks.any showing if so goto properties of devices with those showing and see why. next no x,s or ?,s try removeing sound card from device manager and reboot?it work now? if not goto device manager and try up dateing drivers?it go now? if not shut off computer remove sound card (grounding your self for static and computer un pluged)and reboot.shut computer off and reinstall sound card. reboot goto add new hard ware and use wizzerd to reinstall. if you had onboard sound look in bios to so if your oon board sound was diabled.(providing your bios has that option) have a nice day d/l delindex.bat OT Forum
