Hi,

I have probably deleted some files/keys related to a modem install. Now I cannot desinstall or reinstall same modem, is there a utility that would check and delete every thing related to a specific install even if not complete (the modem appears in the config panel but not in the install/desinstall list). After that clean up process I could probably restart a clean install.

Any feed back welcome, thanks in adavance,

JP

try going to start/run/type regedit/HKEY LOCAL MACH/SOFTWARE/MICROSOFT/WINDOWS/CURRENT VERSION/RUN
there you will see what is in your config file, and you can delete what you need to
