My brother has just bought a new PC with XP already installed but he was also supplied with an installation disk.
I know there are many views on whether a clean install of XP is preferable to an upgrade from ME but my question is simply this:
If you try to upgrade do you need an "upgrade disk"? Ie I guess my brothers disk will be the complete installation from scratch.
If I simply install this on top of ME will this be regarded as an "upgrade"? (Aside from the issue about advantages/disadvantages etc)

One XP install on one PC, if you install on another PC you will not be able to register.
