I would sugest you have a good look at your hardware first, before trying to install xp.
Your post said cpu/ram 60 what does that mean ???

If you have bought the WinXP CD try this... the installation will check for your hardware and notify you with the components which are not supported by XP. If you have not yet bought XP then please check system requirements before you go for it.
