Too often my cursor gets lost in the text. In the good old DOS days there were lots of way to change cursor size, shape, etc. I don't know how to do that in WinME. Can you help?

Go into Control Panel and click on Mouse.
Click on Pointers and then Scheme. Depending on what is available in Scheme (you will see different pointers in the Customize box) select what you want and then click apply.

I know how to change the arrow size. Maybe I'm using the wrong terminology. The question is not about the arrow, but when I'm in a word processor, or typing a message like this. I want something wider than |

I did say "the cursor gets lost in the TEXT."

Anybody else?
