CPU/Ram: PIV and 256 ddr

First i install windows me operating system. After i am installing the windows xp. But during the installation some problem is raised after restart. At the time of restarting its provide option to choose booting os. But later it won't come. Directly it is booting with XP and it can't work. How can i change to boot with Windows Me.C: drive is used for win me,D drive for Win XP.

Try booting with a windows ME boot disk and type sys c:
