Comment:
My toolbar is a weird gold color and to dark ,I've tried all of the options in right clicking omn desktop and then clicking on prperties and the apperance, schemes ,I've been able to change the color of just about everything else ,however the toolbar stays the same color . My graphic's driver gives no optios to control the color or the brightness of my desktop ,either does my CRT ? None of this was a problem til the black sunday when I did the over the top reinstall of O/S ! Thanks Nick

Go to start / settings / control panel / add/remove programs / windows setup / double click desktop themes / and uncheck the box that says desktop themes support.I hope this is correct.I am running Win XP.
