CDUDFLIB.DLL - REQ'D .DLL File not found

A required .DLL file, CDUDFLIB.DLL, was not found. Upon startup, I get this error message. I don't have a clue what it is for. Please advise.

Are you running Adaptec/Roxio ez cd creator/direct cd? How about Nero burning software?
Have you recently tried to remove it?

I work for a very well know computer corperation as a tech support associate and I had a customer with the same problem. After doind some extesive researchi have found clearing out the startup in msconfig and removing the cdrom from the device manager seemed to have fixed it...I dont know if it is perminent but it worth a shot.
