I am currently running windows ME ( dont think it matters). My cd-rom and cd-writer are having trouble reading cds. My cd-rom is about a month old because the old one was doing the same thing. They rev up, rev down, etc... then they just sit there. I go into my computer and sometimes it doesnt even recognise there a cd in there. Other times they dont even rev, they just sit there. Can any one help??
