CDRom wont work

Comment:

When i put in my cd's, the cdrom drive's light blinks about 5 times then halts. When I checked My Computer, it couldnt read any of the cds i put in. I tried system restore but that didnt help much. When this happened, my computer started having errors which never happened till now. Please help.

You can check for viruses but if the cd shows up in system devices without any flags, your drive is probably broken and needs to be replaced.
