What happened? I have 2 Cd-roms (1 is a burner and the other is 52x) They were called E and F. Now E is F and F is G. Why did this change? Can I change it back?

hello
try looking in device manager in safe mode and delete any extra ghost drives.
did you by some chance use and or install
nero ghost drive? this counts as a drive and hence a new letter.
