Cd Rom Drive

I was copying a folder of digital pictures from my Drive C to a cd. I did something that renamed the drive the same name as my folder of pictures and now the cd drive won't read anything I insert. I hope someone can help me. Thanks.

Try this: Click then then then double click now select Expand cd rom by clicking on the + sign click your cd drive with the right mouse button, then choose now select Put the correct drive letter in the box. See if this is the problem.

I can't imagine why the mumble jumble in my message, Go to Device Manager and then pick up from "expand" in above message.
