Comment:

I have a cd rom from an old Think pad that I would like to use on this compaq. Problem is that the connector on the back of the cd is not a regular IDE connector. Is there an adapter that will allow me to use this drive with the standard IDE connection?
Thanks,
John

CD Drives are so cheap that any Convertor would cost more than the drive itself.
