I have a Memorex 12 speed cd rewriter,is there any benefit to burning a cd at a slower speed(i always burn at 12)in as much as if it burns the cd at a slower rate it will be making a more precise accurate job of transfering the data?does it work like that?I've just found the cd,s jump or skip a few times when im in my car,any help appreciated, thanks!

I think that the jumps and skips in your car are because of your car's player. I don't think there is any better quality to burning slower unless you are burning coasters. You might try a different brand of cd that may work better in your car.
