Car Customization Program

Hello everyone. Um, I am looking for a program that lets me configure any vehicle I want, more specifically a truck. I need a program that can somewhat estimate the specifications of the vehicle in real-life. Like, a program that has the 3D model of it, and if u want to add different parts like an engine, suspension, etc. If anyone can help me out with this, it'd be awesome. Thnx, Johnny
