Comment: I am having problems with Windows ME. I am not able to view any webpages. I have reinstalled "ME", Still no pages. Then I R&R network components, modem drivers, checked advanced options to make sure search from address bar was enabled, and R&R DUN. Still can't get any webpages. Could not find any info at microsoft.com... Can you help?If you have any assistance you can Email me at raymond@outdrs.net

Reply: (edit)try surfing to your isp homepage url. if it loads, problem is on the isp's server gateway. have had that happen a few times and 9 out of 10 times it was on the isp end.

Reply: (edit)I had a customer in my office with the same problem we ended up finding that they had used there backup copy of Windows ME (CDRW). When we loaded from a orginal CD it worked just fine but we had to reformat there hard drive to make it work you cant reinstall over it. That didnt work for us.
