Can't view entire network

Hello, The problem I'm having is I can't view "entire network" but when I click on "home network" I get a wizzard to set up a network. I have my computer running through a lynsky router, shareing a dsl connection with a computer upstairs. Anyway when I try to open entire network a box pops up asking if I want to quit or ask for help, when I chose help it ran me around but I couldn't find anything to"help".
