can't turn off desktop themes

how on earth do you turn off desktop themes, i was playing around and applied a theme, but when i go into themes in the control panel i find nothing that says "normal them" or whatever!!!

If you just want back the original desktop wallpaper, right click on your desktop and choose properties. Then go to the background tab. You can choose which ones you want there.

I figured that out after a while cheers, what i'm guessing is that i have to manually change everything back to normal, the pointer, fonts, icons etc...

Right click on the desktop, select "Properities" click the "Appearence" tab. Under "Scheme" select one of the "Windows Standard" schemes.
