I went into safe mode and did scan disk and defrag and ran Norton’s antivirus. Now when I get on the internet I have a real big problem staying connected. I deleted all of my cookies and temporary internet files. I ran Norton’s WinDoc and had it automatically fixed all that was there. I have ran Ad-ware, Spybot, Spyware Blaster, and found nothing. (Comment: There are 58 files for My Back Web listed in the spybot program but no check marks for them). Here is my Hijackthis log file.

I want to add that my grand child gets on here and goes to a couple of sites and this is where I might be getting these problems from. After I made this post I looked into my ZoneAlarm and happen to see that today it had listed in the privacy, Site List a bunch of names for Cookie Control. So I blocked all of these new ones. So far I have not gotten cut off, at least not yet. I'm still learning and trying to understand the ZoneAlarm options.
I did notice a couple of new entries in the hijackthis log though. They are (C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\RNAAPP.EXE) and
(C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\TAPISRV.EXE) I think I added "HouseCall" since my last log, but I don't know if this has anything to do with that. Now that I can stay connect, I hope, I will try to run HouseCall too.

deleting the O3 entry for Toolbar helped somebody else
http://www.computing.net/windowsme/wwwboard/forum/39917.html
Is the O2 entry for Mindmaker something you installed? If not, delete it too.

Mindmaker is a program I have. Thanks a lot for the help. It seems that at this time that a cookie or two was causing most of my disconnects. I'm not really for sure though.
