System error: Explorer has caused an error in SHELL32.DLL. I can't run safe mode too. only working on DOS mode. or VC debug. After you logon the system (hear sound), system frozed. even I extract SHELL32.DLL, Riched20.dll. I cann't run any windows program under the DOS mode. Please help me to solve this program. I cann't update to Windows XP also.
