Can't Start MS-DOS - Weird Error

Every time I try to click on an MS-DOS prompt in ME it gives me the error:
The keyboard driver specified by the KEYBOARD = line in the [386E nh] section of the SYSTEM.INI file is incompatible with the current version of windows. To correct the problem, run Windows Setup again.

I restart, and sometimes DOS can open up, but sometimes it can't... suggestions?

I'm getting the same error on windows 98, did you recently install any Lexmark printers or any Bellsouth softwear?
