Comment:
When I click on help I get an error: A required .dll file, sensapi.dll, was not found. Then another window with the error: helpctr.exe, Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. Any suggestions?

Have you tried going to lexmarks web site and checking to see if they have any 9x/Me/2000 drivers.

Hi Darlene,
The best option to resolve the issue with error messages in Help topics of Windows ME operating system is to reinstall Windows ME operating system. Follow the steps given to install Operating system:
1. Restart your computer. 2. Press the F8 key during Startup to enter the Setup menu. 3. Choose Safe Mode Command Prompt Only. 4. At the C:\ prompt, type the following: CD\windows\options\install 5. Press Enter. 6. The command prompt C:\WINDOWS\OPTIONS\INSTALL appears; type the following: SETUP /IW 7. Press Enter. 8. Follow the directions and prompts for the installation process.
This will restore the Operating System without erasing any existing data.
