Can't remove virus found after scan

I found this wierd file on my computer. I'm running Me and recently I ran a virus scan with AVG and it found a file called kiernel.dll. It displays with the winzip icon which makes it seem something is really wrony. I can't move it or delete it (not even in safe mode). I searched google for it and found nothing does anyone know what this is and how/or if I need to fix it?

Hi,
Try turning system restore off, which will loose your restore points and then reboot and rescan. If the virus is in an old restore file, then you will need to erase them to stop your virus scans picking up the virus in them.

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the I-WORM/Opas.A virus?
Only AVG can detect it, but cannot delete the files nor move them to Virus Vault. I even tried rebboting my PC but the virus came back.
