I have a few cd's that can't be read. It worked before, but not any longer. Not even the folder with the pictures comes up after I scanned it for errors, but I can see the Cd is filled. I'm having Adaptec Direct Cd and Adaptec Easy Cd creator 4 installed on the computer. I installed Isobuster 0.99.6 and tried to open it there, but got an error message saying 'The primary Volume Descriptor (PVD) is undreadable. Read error at adress:16 Device reported error: 05/64/00 (Aspi reported: 0x04) What does this mean and what to do? Thank you!

Thank you michael 12 and wavadave. There were different updates for adaptec cd creator and I'm not sure which one would be good http://www.roxio.com/en/support/roxio_support/software_updates.jhtml I have adaptec easy cd creator 4. I did a search for cd recovery and noticed different programs for it, so that would be worth a try.
