Excuse my terminology, I'm not good at this. To begin with when I click on my search engine icon it does not open. I get a bar across the top of my desktop, I either have to drag the screen down or use max. button. Once I access a website I can not open their pictures or open another website they have posted. Also, I do not get my virus scan updates, I get a message that it has timed out. The only thing I have added is a popup stopper but I have had it for awhile and these problems are new. When I disable the popup stopper I still can't access these things. Can you help? Thanks.
If Spybot doesn't cure it, Download 'Hijack This!'. Unzip, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan". When the scan is finished, click "Save Log", and copy and paste it in a reply.
