When i install more then 640 MB-RAM off memory , WinME Doesn't boot up-the message i get is : Can't load Explorer.exe-please reinstall Windows.---When i get the memory down to 640MB-RAM, it boots up just fine again-Does anybody now a patch for this Memory problem??? GREETINGS RABIS

Windows ME requires a SYSTEM.INI patch to run with more than 512MB without strange problems like not having enough memory to load and run some programs, and it sounds like you have not added it.
Use NotePad to edit the C:\Windows\SYSTEM.INI
Find the [vcache] section (it should be empty)
Add the following line:
[vcache] MaxFileCache=524288
Save and reboot system. Then try adding the additional memory.
