I am unable to install this printer under Win ME. Meanwhile, I found the reason. Having read "Readme", I now knnow the following: 23. Examples of Restrictions of "Windows Me" The following restrictions apply when using "Windows Me".
(2) "Canon LBP-660 Installation" of "Windows Printing System" Program Group cannot be used. If "Canon LBP-660 Installation" is activated from "Windows Printing System" Program Group, an error message is displayed, and the program is terminated.
When I try to install, "Windows Printing System" automatically starts. How can I avoid this? Could anybody suggest a solution??? Thanks so much!
