This printer has been working on both my system and my daughter's without any problems. The ink cartridge ran out and then the problem arrived - despite putting a new ink cartridge in we no longer get a print out. the print head travels back and forth across the page but nothing gets printed. I have tried several different cables and re-installing the driver but the result is the same. Anyone got any ideas??
