Comment:

I am unable to see my mouse curser at all when I boot up normally in winME with a basic ps/2 mouse. When I boot in safe mode the mouse works fine. I tried updating the ps/2 drivers with several other ones such as intellipoint, etc. For some reason it just cannot recognize the ps/2 mouse in windows...in device manager it shows a problem with that as well. Anyone know what the problem might be off hand? Thanks

Remove the device in Device Manager and then restart the computer. At that point, your mouse should work (theoretically.) :)
