Cannot print from websites or e-mai

Recently I noticed that I cannot print from any web site or e-mail. I can still print from programs such as Word, Office, ect., but not from the internet or e-mail. Each time I try to print from the internet I get the following message:
Access denied Object doesn't support this property or method URL: c:\Windows|System\SHDOCLC.DLL/preview.dlg
Any help would be greatly appreciated since I am what you would call computer illiterate.
