Can you print from internet explorer successfully as opposed to the AOL browser?

Open up internet explorer.
Once it opens a page, click on file>>print preview at the top.

Does that look ok? Any error messages?

Try to print from Internet Explorer.... or if it opened correctly just click print on the print preview screen. Does that work correctly?

Which version of AOL and when did this start?

When I open internet explorer and hit the print preview I get a blank page. No errors appear.

We have AOL 7.0 - This started about a month ago.

Any other suggestions???
Thanks.

Is it totally blank?

If it is, take a look at the Encoding selection in internet explorer. Set it to Unicode.

To do this:

Open up Internet Explorer.
At the top, by file, edit, view, etc... click on View.
Highlight Encoding.
Take note of where the Dot is.

Click on Unicode (UTF-8)
This should put the dot by Unicode.

Try print preview again.

Do you have any other printing problems?

You may also have this problem:

Only the Text at the Top of the Web Page Is Printed (Q272518)

But you will have to have a look in the registry to be sure. Try the Unicode setting first.

I had the same problem and reason was that I didn't have the folder c:\temp. It was deleted for some reason.
