With autoplay enabled, I inserted a CD (software CD) to CDROM drive & autoplay begin but my screen turn to blue with error message: Error:06:0000:00000000
I try again with autoplay enabled, it's okey until when I try to play, open or explore that CD, it also causes error in KERNEL32.DLL or my screen turn to blue with the same message.
When I try this CD with other computers, it have no problem, it can be opened, explore & installation can be performed successfully.
My CDROM can play other CD but not for this one. I try using another CDROM drive to my computer but the result is same. Look like my computer having problem.
Please help me. Thanks.

Look in device manager to see if a driver is damaged/not working. If that's the case you can replace it with a good working driver file....
START - SETTINGS - CONTROL PANEL - SYSTEM - DEVICE MANAGER.

Thank you micheal2 for your advise.
I have look at device manager as your advise and found that under COMPUTER-CDROM-GENERAL Device status - this device working properly.
However, where can I get working driver file? May be I can try.
Thank you.
