I cannot open My Computer or the Control Panel. I recieve a error message saying... Explorer has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL
explorer will now Close. Is there a way i can fix this?

when did it start, any new hardware or software? do oyu have a current restore point?

It started after i downloaded Artisan DVD player and my most recent restore point is June 13th

try unplugging the dvdrom and booting in safe.

Cannot open my computer/winexplorer Can't open folders or My Computer Cannot use my computer!! Friends can't open my e-mail forwards My Computer\C: starts when windows boots	my computer will not come back on!!! Windows ME Explorer wont open missing cd drive in My Computer ok, Im almost out of the woods, but ie caused error TPS108.DLL
