cannot find WINMGD'. at startup

when i boot up this pops up. Windows cannot find c:\windows\system\winmgd.win'. any help on how to fix this. thanks

I think you may have a virus -VBS.Gaggle.E@mm - check symantec's site & you'll see it mentioned -

put your windows startup floppy in drive.
restart computer. at the c:\ prompt type in.
copy c:\winmgd.win
it might work for you.
