I have a AMD 800 megahutz processor, 128 mega ram, 20 GIG hard drive computer. I just upgrade it to Window ME from 98, now I have a problem to pull up any webpage, my modemm connect to my ISP fine, I can see some data transfer between the computer and the network. However when I click on the explorer to get to my default home page or any other web page, it gave me an server error. Please help, if you have knowlege about this problem.
