Suddenly, whatever I do I get the message "windows cannot find file...." But when I search for it it is there. I can connect to internet from dialup connection, but if I click on the icon, it will say the same...For eg. if I try to run OE it will say it can not find msimn.exe but when I search for it it is there, in the location it says it can't find it. This is the case with everything...HEEEEELP, pls.

Thank you so much. That is the problem, I can see add/remove programs, for eg. but when I click on it it says, can not find files.... And I see it it is there!!!!! Or, I downloaded net doctor and zip file is there and when I try to open it, again...windows can't find file...AHHHHHHHHH! Going crazy. I'll try the above ...
