I have been trying to use phone dialer to make call but I can not.I call my cell phone and let some one answer it.alos I did so with another phone in the house.both phone did ring but no one on both side can not hair each other when answer.Also the is a song coming from the modem,like it is talk. need help.

Phone dialer just dials the number, you still need a telephone or another program in order to talk to people. It doesn't let you make phone calls like you are trying to do. In fact I always thought it was a very useless program as I can dial the phone myself.
