Can I use my backupdisks and Windows ME

I have a dell with windows ME....I have the disks.....2 of them to reload if it crashes....can I use them to upgrade on a different computer I bought?

Katie,from what I understand the restore disc(s) that ship with a computer are for that computer only and will not work on others because of codecs,you might want to wait for another opinion tho to be completly certain.
