I have a hp model xl946 with win me, going to xp in couple days. I have roadrunner cable for my connection. I used your patches and it seems when i use your TCP/IP Analyzer I was getting 2569.6KBytes down and 1027.84KBytes Up. That was with the RWIN at 513920 but everytime I adjust that number greater I get faster speeds. I took the RWIN to 1798720 and I get this: TCP options string = 020405b40103030501010402 MTU = 1500 MTU is fully optimized for broadband.
