Please help to understand the meaning of Bwdelay on the box when I do ctrl/alt/delete. What is this? I see this sometimes before to shut off the computer. This Bwdelay is something to be important? Thank you for that information.

The program it relates to is called Backweb. It used to make my computer freeze up on the internet, so I got rid of it with Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.
